ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.09.2022 and conduct enquiry and act in accordance with law.
2.Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.
3.The grievance of the petitioner is that making some allegations against the accused financial company, she has made a complaint before the respondents on 29.09.2022. So far it was not enquired by them. Even they did not issue any receipt. Hence, the present writ petition. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Subhasini in respect of the same subject matter, a case in Crime No.12 of 2022, was registered. The petitioner is also one of the victims in the above said crime. He would further submit that the 2/5
above said investigation was forwarded to Additional Director General of Police, Chennai, by the Superintendent of Police, Pudukkottai District, by the letter dated 22.08.2022. Now the investigation is transferred to the Superintendent of Police, Economic Offences Wing No.II, Tiruchirappalli, and is pending before them. It is also submitted that the above said fact of transfer of the above said case has been intimated to the petitioner also. The petitioner may follow the above said intimation. 5.Let the petitioner appear before the third respondent and give her statement. The third respondent is directed to include this petitioner as one of the victim and proceed with the investigation. 6.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
