RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT For Petitioner : No appearance For Respondent : Mr.T.Senthilkumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec.439 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with P.R.C.No. 64 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai in Cr.No. 97 of 2018 on the file of the respondent herein ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested on 26.07.2021 for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 353, 307, and 427 I.P.C. and Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.97 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today ie., 09.09.2021 at 10.45 am, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was passed over and thereafter, when it was called at 01.00 pm, again there was representation for the petitioner. Hence, the case was passed over.
