...3rd Respondent/Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the Look Out Circular issued as against the petitioner in connection with the case in Crime No.1 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to intimate the same to the Immigration Officers.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to the first respondent to withdraw the Look Out Circular issued as against the petitioner in connection with the case in Crime No.1 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent police and consequently, to direct the 1st respondent to intimate the same to the Immigration Officers.

2. This petition is filed solely on the ground that after C.C.No.64 of 2021 in Crime No.1 of 2018 came to be quashed, by the order dated 31.08.2021, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12513 of 2021, look out circular notice has been issued. Since the criminal case against this petitioner came to be quashed, the look out circular can automatically be cancelled.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the concerned order, has not been received by the first respondent sofar. However, since all the charges against this petitioner came to be quashed, the look out notice gets automatically cancelled. It is hereby declared so also. No more direction or declaration is required.

4. With the above said observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
