The Petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey the Petitioner's lands in S.F.No.170/8A measuring an extent of 0.09.0 ares situated in Sammatividuthi Village, Karambakkudi Taluk,Pudukkottai District by considering his representation dated 29.5.2025 2.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The Petitioner is claiming right over the above mentioned property under release deed executed by his brothers, dated 15.09.2023 and settlement deed executed by his father, dated 5.1.2016. Patta for the said property was also stand in the name of Petitioner's father in Patta No.122.The Petitioner submitted an online application on 22.4.2025 in Application No.

2025/0123/22/008950 seeking survey of the said property. The same has not been considered till date. Hence, the Petitioner has come before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra.

4.Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the online application submitted by the Petitioner, dated 22.4.2025 for survey of the Petitioner's property will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 5.In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the Petitioner, the first respondent is directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner, dated 22.4.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits,after giving notice to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
