ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by him in L.Dis.RDOSKL/4761/2023-B3 dated 06.12.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard Mr.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.M.Gangatharanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that the property comprised in S.No. 532/29B situated at Perungottur Village, Thiruvengadam Taluk belongs to him ancestrally. He submitted an appeal before the first respondent seeking correction in the revenue records. The above-said appeal has not been considered. Hence, he has come forward before this Court.
4. Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents, would submit that the appeal submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

In view of the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner in L.Dis.RDOSKL/4761/2023-B3 dated 06.12.2023 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
