The writ petition was disposed of on 18.02.2026. However, it has been listed today under the caption 'For Being Mentioned', at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that in paragraph No.2 of the order, instead of "2 1⁄2 cents", it has been wrongly mentioned as "21/2 cents". He further submits that instead of "1.08 1⁄2 acres", it has been erroneously mentioned as "1.08 1⁄2 cents", and instead of "1.11 acres", it has been mentioned as "1.11 cents".

3. He further submits that in paragraph No.3, in the third line, the word "brother" has been wrongly mentioned instead of "uncle". He also submits that in paragraph No.4, in the fourth line, the words "brothers and sisters" have been mentioned instead of "uncle". Further, in paragraph No.6(b), the words "his brothers/sisters" have been used instead of "his uncles".
