Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the land in question has been classified as Anadheenam and that therefore, it is proposed to reject the petitioner's request. If that be so, the third respondent is directed to communicate a copy of the rejection order to the petitioner forthwith and without delay, so that the petitioner can question the same in the manner known to law. Leaving open the petitioner's right, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
