..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondents to remove the drainage and septic tank pipe line into the Petitioner's land with regard to Nanjai land in Perumandi Village Survey No.55/5, to an extent of 69 cents, Survey No.55/6, to an extent of 61 cents situated at Perumandi Village, Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur District and further to direct the second and third respondents to give the compensation for unlawfully permitting the house owners to open the drainage water and septic tank pipe line into the Petitioner's lands based on the Petitioner's representation dated 21.1.2017. ORDER

The Petitioner has approached this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondents to remove the drainage and septic tank pipe line into the Petitioner's land with regard to Nanjai land in Perumandi Village https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Survey No.55/5, to an extent of 69 cents, Survey No.55/6, to an extent of 61 cents situated at Perumandi Village, Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur District and further to direct the second and third respondents to give the compensation for unlawfully permitting the house owners to open the drainage water and septic tank pipe line into the Petitioner's lands based on the Petitioner's representation dated 21.1.2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, a copy of the communication which was sent by the second respondent addressed to one Ganesan, neighbour of the Petitioner, has been produced. The said communication states that the said Ganesan has been directed to remove the drainage which is passing through the property of the Petitioner within a period of one week, failing which, action would be taken.

4.In view of the said communication, nothing survives for consideration in this Writ Petition and hence the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
