2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 50 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5187 of 2025, dated 26.03.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Nagercoil. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
