Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and made an endorsement to that effect.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that now the matter is posted for trial before the concerned Court on 13.08.2019.

3.In view of the endorsement so made, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Considering the fact that the matter is posted for trial, the learned Trial Judge is directed to proceed with the trial and dispose of the same, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner has any inconvenience in appearing before the trial Court, it is always open to him to file necessary application before the concerned trial Court, on filing such application, the trial Court is directed to consider the application and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
