After advancing arguments for sometime, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge G.O.Ms.No.98 Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (PR.II) Department, dated 01.09.2017 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In the light of the endorsement made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty sought for by the petitioner. No Costs.
