COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following common order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 IPC in Crime Nos.201, 410, 379 & 62 of 2022 on the file of the respondents police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner used to steal cattle from the defacto complainants shed. Hence, the case. 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the record.

4.It is seen that the petitioner is having five previous cases and he is a habitual offender. Hence, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
