************* [Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The Writ petitioner seeks a direction for construction of Threshing-Floor in S.No.449/1 and 106 situate in Neelamalailkottai Village, Dindugul District.

The petitioner has given a representation dated 25.07.2016 in this regard. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.It is seen that the fourth respondent has sent a letter

dated 25.07.2016 assuring that as and when funds are made available, steps will be taken for constructing a Threshing-Floor. 3.We therefore direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the writ petitioner for construction of the Threshing-Floor. Since these are all project related matters, we refrain from stipulating the outer time limit for the same. However, we hope that the first respondent would redress the grievance of the villagers as expeditiously as possible. 4.With this observation, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
