ORDER

The petitioner who is working as a driver in the respondent transport corporation has filed this writ petition, challenging the order of suspension dated 03.08.2016, passed by the respondent, to quash the same.

2.When this Court observed that the issues relating to non employment, suspension, dismissal are to be dealt with only by the Labour Court and writ petition cannot be entertained, learned counsel for the petitioner prayed this Court to issue a direction to the respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2016, seeking revocation of suspension, taking into account the fact that his wife is suffering from cancer by Carcinoma Breast. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2016, seeking revocation of suspension, on merits and in accordance with law, particularly, taking into account the fact that his wife is suffering from cancer by Carcinoma Breast, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
