This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.220 of 2019 on the file of the third respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent for investigation of the case by a Competent Officer and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time stipulated by this Court.

C rl.O.P.(MD)No.13146 of 2020 complaint given by the petitioner, the third respondent has registered a case in Crime No.220 of 2019 for the offence under Section 302 I.P.C. After completing investigation, final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.19 of 2020 and the next hearing date is 29.12.2020.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
