ORDER

This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 29.06.2022.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner married one Rajamanickam. At the time of marriage, her husband was unemployed. Since he was unable to get a job at Muscat, he came to India. Thereafter, due to misunderstanding, they got separated. The petitioner's in-laws were ill-treated her. Hence she lodged the complaint. But, so far no action has been taken.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the petitioner's complaint, CSR.No.71 of 2022 has been assigned. Thereafter, the parties concerned were not appeared for enquiry. Hence, in this case, enquiry is pending. 4.Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry and the third respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 29.06.2022 and take suitable action, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
