This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent to take appropriate action based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.02.2017 pending on the file of the respondent in petition No.53/2017, dated 08.02.17. 2.Heard Mr.S.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents. 3.It is seen that on the complaint given the the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.53/2017 before the Sub Inspector of Police, Nesamony Nagar Police Station, Kanyakumari District. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry in CSR No.53/2017 expeditiously and take action in accordance with law.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
