O R D E R

The petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to withdraw the petitioner's complaint, dated 04.09.2020 pending before the second respondent and entrust the same to any other Officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendant of Police for investigation of the complaint based on the petitioner's representation, dated 15.09.2020.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reiterated the contentions set out in the original petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, would state that the respondent police will conduct enquiry based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 15.09.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner, dated 15.09.2020 and take appropriate action, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

C rl.O.P.(MD) No. 13024 of 2020 period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, in the manner known to law.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
