Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a To issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd Respondent in Na.Ka.No.2498/A5/2016 dated / 05/2016 signed on 13/07/2016 and to quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to pass appropriate orders for cancelling the approval of School Committee granted as per the proceedings in Mu.Mu.No.1188/Aa5/2016 dated 29/04/2016 due to disqualification suffered by the 6th Respondent as per Rule 12(5) (e) of Tamil Nadu Recognised Private School Regulation Rules, 1974 within a time fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter dated 10.09.2016 to the Registry seeking to withdraw this writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action, for which, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents has no objection.

2.Under such circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
