detention order passed in M.H.S.Confdl.No.107/2022 dated 28.06.2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely, Pitchaiahalias Ullipitchaiah, aged about 28 years, son of Thayappan, now detained at the Central Prison, Palayamkottai, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the detention order, passed in M.H.S.Confdl.No.107/2022 dated 28.06.2022 by the second respondent, has been revoked by the Advisory Board vide G.O.Rt.No.5297, dated 18.08.2022.

2. Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
