Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from cancelling the patta issued to the petitioner pertaining to the land acquired by the respondents as per the award number 1/80-81 dated 14.11.1980 situated at survey No.339 and 345 Madakulam Village, Madurai District except due process of law by giving sufficient opportunity to the members of the petitioner's association.
