ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 379 of I.P.C. r/w 4(1)(1A), 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, in Crime No.246 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused was found in possession of 21⁄2 units of river sand illegally. Hence, the present case has been registered.
