issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records connected with the detention order passed in M.H.S.Confdl.No.94/2022, dated 14.6.2022, on the file of the second respondent herein and to quash the same and to direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely, Saravanan @ Vellaiyan, son of Maruthupandi, now detained at the Central Prison, Palayamkottai, before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, by producing a proceeding in G.O.Rt.No.4364, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 13.07.2022 submitted that the detention order has already been revoked. 2.Recording the said submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
