ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to secure the accused in Crime No.243 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the First Information Report has been registered in the year 2018. The respondent police is investigating the case and all effective steps shall be taken in the course of investigation and final report shall be filed as expeditiously as possible.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations in the FIR, this Court directs the second respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.243 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be,under due intimation of the defacto complainant.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
