When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of suspension has been revoked vide proceedings Na.Ka.No.321/2013,A1, dated 31.03.2021 by the second respondent and he has also produced a copy of the said proceedings.
