Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.MAHENDRARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner IN CRL MP(MD)NO.6759 of 2021 and of MR.G.V.VAIRAM SANTHOSH,Advocate for the petitioner IN CRL MP(MD)NO.9462 of 2021 and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN,Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent in Both petitions, the court made the following order:- Both the petitions have been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the condition as ordered by this Court.
