ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue the Disability Certificate to the petitioner by considering his representation, dated 23.06.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in an accident that took place in the year 1999, the petitioner had suffered fracture in both the legs. In the meanwhile, during 2004, he also lost vision of the left eye to an extent of 40%. Though the petitioner personally met the second respondent on several occasions along with necessary supporting documents, there was no positive outcome. In this connection, the petitioner has also sent a representation on 26.06.2016. Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate,
after getting instructions from the respondents, submitted that the second respondent is always available on every Monday, to issue the Disability Certificate to the eligible / deserving persons. Therefore, if the petitioner appears along with necessary documents, on any of the Mondays, the representation of the petitioner will be duly considered by the second respondent. 4.
Recording the statement of the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner is directed to approach the second respondent during a Monday along with requisite documents, whereupon, the second respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner and issue the Disability Certificate to the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
