The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to reconstruct the Government's damaged compound wall at Poochipatti Stream, Nakkalapatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, which, according to the petitioner, was damaged by some third parties. In view of the same, he made a representation to the respondents on 02.12.2016. Therefore, it is for the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of only with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 02.12.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents 2 and 3 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
