PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 30.04.2025, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8114 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8114 of 2025 dated 30.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for nearly 30 days and the charge sheet has been filed before the Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Kanniyakumar at Nagercoil.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8114 of 2025, dated 30.04.2025, is relaxed and the 2/3

petitioner shall appear before trial Court on hearing dates. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
