ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P(MD)No.30836 of 2024, dated 18.12.2024.

2. When the matter is came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that in terms of compliance of the order of this Court, notice was issued to the petitioner herein for conducting survey. However, in the meanwhile, in a pending civil suit, an injunction has been obtained by the petitioner hearin in his favor and hence, the respondents were not able to comply with the order passed by this Court. Since the matter is already placed before the competent Civil Court, nothing survives for consideration.
