This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to consider the representation, dated 05.12.2016 made by the petitioner for regularization of his service and seniority of service during the period starting from 08.07.2003 to 19.01.2010.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that on 26.05.2017, the representation of the petitioner was disposed of. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
