Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.JAMEEL ARASU.B, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the respondent, the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to stay at Perambalur and report before the Perambalur Police Station daily 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10718 of 2021, dated 12.08.2021 is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
