For Respondent : Mrs.M.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. not known of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 498(A) IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, in Crime No.Not known of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
