ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the 1st respondent for issuance of passport.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submits that the petitioner has been implicated in two criminal cases in Crime No.389 of 2025 and 75 of 2025, on the file of Judicial MagistrateII, Hosur.

3. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to approach the concerned trial Court in both the cases seeking permission of the Court to go abroad. In case if any such application is filed, the same shall be disposed of within a period of four weeks. Based upon the order to be passed by the learned trial Judge, the 1st respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
