The writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents Nos.1 to 5 to dispose the petitioner representation dated 22.07.2016 seeking to direct the respondents No.1 to 5 to conduct the peace committee meeting between the petitioner and the respondents Nos.6 to 8 regarding Annual festival of Sri Drowpathi Amman Temple situated at Kayakkadu, Avanathankottai Post, Aranthangki Post & Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5. Having regard to the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition, notice to R6 to R8 is dispensed with.

3. It is represented that the petitioner has already filed an application before the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, Trichy, which is pending in O.A.No.15 of 2015. The respondents 6 to 8 are the parties in O.A.No.15 of 2015 and the 4th respondent is the official respondent in the said petition.

4. Under such circumstances, the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments, Trichy is directed to dispose of O.A.No.15 of 2015 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
