This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to disburse the petitioner's salary, from 24.10.2018 to till date along with arrears, by considering the letter of the 4th Respondent, dated 22.04.2019, within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2. Heard M/s.S.Kumar and J.Cavin Silvester, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Thiyagarajan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.1 & 2. Perused the material documents available on record.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 submitted that the 2/4

prayer sought for by the writ petitioner is granted and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. The submission is recorded.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No Costs.
