Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to appoint a person incharge to the Dindigul Cable TV operators Control room in respect of the Tamizhaga Arasu Cable TV Corporation on the basis of the representation dated 30/1/2017.

O R D E R
This Review Petition is filed to review the order passed in W.P.(MD)No.10545 of 2017, dated 07.06.2017. This Court, in the above Writ Petition, directed the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Arasu Cable Television Corporation Limited, Egmore, to consider the representation of the writ petitioner dated 30.01.2017 and pass orders after providing an opportunity to all necessary parties.
2. Heard Mr.S.Ayyanar Prem Kumar, learned counsel for the review petitioner; Mr.R.G.Sankar Ganesh, learned counsel for the first respondent; Mr.S.Gunasekaran, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 & 4 and perused the records.
3. The learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent submitted that as per the direction issued in the above Writ Petition, an enquiry was conducted and the representation of the writ petitioner dated 30.01.2017 was rejected on 07.04.2018.
4. Since the order passed by this Court dated 07.06.2017 was considered and disposed of, no further adjudication is required in this case. Hence, the Review Petition is closed. No costs.
