ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in Cr.M.P.No.67 of 2018, dated 27.06.2018 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Court, Theni. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the learned Additional District and Sessions Court, Theni granted bail in Cr.M.P.No.67 of 2018, dated 27.06.2018 with condition that the petitioner should execute a bond each for Rs.25,000/- with two blood related sureties and to produce the original property document. Since the petitioner is a coolie and doing agricultural, he could not execute a bond each for Rs.25,000/- with two blood relatives and does not have any properties in his name. Hence, he prays to modify the condition. 3.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the condition stipulated in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cr.M.P.No.67 of 2018 on the file of the leaned Additional District and Sessions Court, Theni, dated 27.06.2018 insofar as executing a bond is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two blood relatives each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the Court.
