This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to conclude and pass final orders in the conciliation proceedings pending in Conciliation Proceedings No.1911 of 2025 within the time frame that may fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 2nd respondent is directed to conclude the conciliation proceedings pending in Conciliation Proceedings No.1911 of 2025 and pass final orders after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
