This petition has been filed to direct the learned I Additional District & Sessions Judge (PCR Court), Thanjavur, to consider the bail application filed by the petitioners on the same day in Crime No.133 of 2018 on the file of the second respondent. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is having two previous cases to his credit.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
