ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 427 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.206 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that on 14.08.2021, the petitioners damaged the compound wall of the defacto complainant's house and abused him in filthy language. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are innocents, they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution, but they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent has produced the photographs for the incidents took place, which reveals that the petitioners have damaged the entire house and the compound wall of the defacto complainant.
5. It appears that at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are intending to restore the compound wall, this Court granted some time to the petitioners for restoring the compound wall. But, they have not taken any steps to restore the compound wall, though this Court granted some time.
6. Considering the conduct and attitude of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
