their respective houses in Survey No.23/24, Bibikulam, Nethaji Main Road, Madurai District without following the procedure established under Section 29 of the Tamil Nadu Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance) Act, 1971 within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.
