PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue patta for the land in S.R.No.34 situated at Door No.2/57, Pampatti Village, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District, by considering the representation dated 10-07-2019. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to issue patta for the land in S.R.No.34 situated at Pampatti Village, Kariyapatti Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that there is some dispute among two communities for resolving the dispute involved in the aforesaid property. To resolve the same, the 2nd respondent had conducted a peace committee meeting, as a result of which, the village people were agreed to approach the civil Court to seek their remedy. Therefore, the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.16154 of 2019 that nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. 3.By recording the aforesaid submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
