ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the official respondents and the learned counsel appearing for the private respondents.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would restrict the writ prayer to the issue the ex-communication alone. The petitioners allege that they have been ex-communicated by the sixth respondent. The learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent clarified that the petitioners have not at all been ex-communicated and that they are entitled to participate in the Civic, religious and spiritual life of the community.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
