Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the respondents 1 and 2 in Na.Ka.No.1310/16 Thi.U.Thi.Ku dated 27.02.2017 and the consequential impugned proceedings of lock and seal in Na.Ka.No.1310/16 Thi.U.Thi.Ku dated 28.02.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to remove the lock and seal of premises of the construction of building in T.S.No.4/1D, 1E in Block No.50, Ward-BL, Palayamkottai Ward, Tirunelveli.
