This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.15 of 2021, on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that, after completing the investigation, has laid the final report before the Judicial Magistrate No-I, Tirunelveli, dated 27.10.2023.

3. In view of the above said development, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to challenge the final report if he so advised. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
