Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating with the order of the first respondent made in Na.Ka.No.187/Kanimam/2016 dated 14.02.2017 for quarrying the sand in Survey No.528/1 in Thevaram and quash the same as it is illegal and also endanger to the life of public and further directing the first and second respondent to preserve the two Odais in Survey No.528/1 in Thevaram in Uthamapalayam Taluk in Theni District.
