Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submits that the petitioner's account has been classified as non-performing asset and that recovery proceedings had already been initiated. Copy of O.A.No.279 of 2020 on the file of Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai has been enclosed in the typed set of papers. The petitioner's account has become NPA, the question of releasing subsidy does not arise at all. This writ petition is dismissed.
