O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to expedite the investigation in Cr.No.258 of 2019 dated 09.09.2019 and to file Final Report within the stipulated time as filed by this Court.

2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.258 of 2019, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 506(i), 364(A), 365 IPC.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of two years, there is no progress in the investigation.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that 7 witnesses have been examined so far and he seeks one month time to complete the investigation and file a final report before the concerned court.

5. Accepting the request made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), there shall be a direction to the respondent herein to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this petition is disposed of.
