C.M.P.(MD) No.8811 of 2025 in C.M.A.(MD)SR.No.46815 of 2025 K.MURALI SHANKAR,J.

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the appeal, challenging the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.56 of 2023 dated 29.11.2024 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Additional District Court, Paramakudi.

2. Despite receipt of Court notice, the respondents 2 and 4 have not turned up.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 3 and 5.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1, 3 and 5 would submit that they are not having any objections to condone the delay.

Considering the facts and circumstances and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and after numbering the appeal, the Registry is directed to print Mr.D.Senthil, learned counsel for the respondents 1, 3 and 5 in the cause list.
